The top 4 or 5 results are not being served by Google, but being inserted by something called &#8220;Hi-results&#8221; and pushing the real results further down the list.<br \/>\nThe style of Google&#8217;s returns is retained, even down to a &#8220;cached&#8221; result which is no such thing. Adaware, Spybot and Spy Sweeper were all no help in removing it.
