I think that when Channel 4 first stopped showing this, you began to see the station for what it really is &#8211; a ratings whore.<br \/>\nAnyway, we have the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hallmarkchannel.co.uk\/\">Hallmark Channel<\/a> to thank for bringing us this series, and I for one will be tuning in as much as possible.<br \/>\nIncidentally, the Independent on Sunday carried an article fanfaring this tremendous thing yesterday, but I can&#8217;t find a link to it on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\">site<\/a> anywhere.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Finally, after having to wait just over five years, UK viewers tomorrow night get to see the final series of Homicide: Life on the Street.
