Not quite. But I have signed up for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.everydaycycling.com\/events.aspx?fid=598\">British Cyclosportive<\/a> which follows the route of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tourdefrancelondon.com\/en\/the_event\/stage_1\/default.asp?nonflash=true#mapanchor\">Stage 1<\/a> of the Tour De France from London to Canterbury. We ride the route a week before the main event.<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s 187 km (120 miles) and your&#8217;re expected to ride at a minimum average speed of 20 km\/h (12.5 mph) so I&#8217;ve got a bit of getting fit to do before July 1st.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OK.
